Cars in German Town Found Marked with Nazi Symbols in Human Blood, Police State

Authorities stated they were notified by a man who found a vehicle in Hanau marked with reddish substance

Approximately 50 automobiles have been smeared with what seems to be blood from a person in the Germany's municipality of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, police confirm police.

Automobiles, building surfaces and postboxes were defaced, in some cases with swastikas, they stated in a statement.

Law enforcement state they were notified in the late hours on Wednesday, when a individual noticed that a car in the Lamboy area of Hanau had been marked with a reddish substance.

The fluid had been placed in the form of a banned symbol, they reported.

Law enforcement then discovered multiple other smeared vehicles and house walls in the adjacent neighborhood.

Nazi symbols are prohibited in Germany under regulations banning the public exhibition of Nazi symbols.

Law enforcement say preliminary tests suggest the fluid was likely human bodily fluid.

"There is still no lead as to where it came from; authorities are not yet cognizant of any physical harm in relation with the occurrence," they stated.

Local authorities stated they were trying "to solve the mystery" and have appealed to the public for details.

A senior official said the incident made him speechless and had to be addressed rapidly.

"This event hits the center of Hanau and revives the pain of the extremist violent incident in 2020," he stated on social media, mentioning the murder of nine individuals by a shooter targeting individuals of immigrant origin in February 2020.
