Further Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
